When the first of my three N.B.Forrest alumni sons enrolled and began high school at Forrest, it would have made no difference to me or the three of them if the school had been named Firestone Road High School, Wesconnet, Valhalla, or N.B.Forrest. It was the school they were to attend based on where we lived however, after attending and completing their high school experience there the name N.B.Forrest is a part of their heritage and SHOULD NOT be changed. Especially by outsiders with little or no vested interest in the school as is the case with the latest attempt to change.
